1. Return Window

  • You may return items within 30 days of purchase.
  • If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personal care items (e.g., helmets, gloves, or clothing that has been worn)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items (only regularly priced items may be refunded)

4. Partial Refunds

  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is posted).
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays are possible).

7. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at sameh_race2010@hotmail.com before sending it back.

8. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

9. Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, please mail it to our return address (provided upon request).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
